My Mission
My mission is simple: You handle the vision. I'll handle the design.
The best executives I've worked with have the same problem. Too many ideas, not enough hands to build them.
My job is to take as much off their plate as possible. A rough vision, a napkin sketch, a "can you make this feel more premium," I turn it into finished, polished work, fast. When someone asks if I can get it done, my answer is usually one word: "Easy."
I've spent over a decade doing this. The most common reaction to my work is "wow, that was fast," and the speed never comes at the cost of craft.
That's the work I love. Making the people around me look great, and making their best ideas real.

I grew up laying sod in the heat with my dad, who ran his own landscaping company.
Every summer he left before dawn and got home after dark. Every winter I watched the stress set in as the work dried up and he carried the whole thing on his own shoulders. He was good at what he did. He just had no one to take anything off his plate.
That stuck with me. It's part of why I love being the person who lightens the load for the people I work with.
I started my design career over a decade ago, and I've worn just about every hat since. Graphic designer, web designer, brand guy, art director. The last few years I went out on my own and freelanced. My goal was to learn the entire process end to end. Branding, websites, campaigns, the business side, all of it. I wanted to understand how the whole machine fits together, not just my corner of it.
And here's what that taught me: I'd rather pour everything into one team than spread myself across many. Running freelance, I do everything for several companies at once. Branding, websites, campaigns, the whole picture for each of them. I got good at it. But the work I'm proudest of happens when I can go deep instead of wide. When I can learn one brand inside and out and help make it genuinely great, instead of giving my best to a dozen brands at the same time.
So that's what I'm looking for now. A senior designer or art director seat on a team that cares about good design, where I can do what I do best and make the people around me look great.
